willitwot Hi there. You purchased a small compact from me today. I just went to pack it and when I opened the box it has been stored in to inspect it, the mirror pulled away from the frame. I am cancelling the order since it is damaged. I am so sorry, I'm sure you're disappointed. Thank you for shopping my closet. Lisa

ad63702 Hey hun! I noticed you accidentally accepted the order even though it didn’t arrive, I dropped it off Saturday and it should’ve started tracking. I’ve been having this happen lately with my postal service. Has it started tracking on your part?

gatekeeper63 @ad63702 I have to check when I get home. I don’t remember which address I put on it. It hasn’t tracked as being shipped. I only received notice yesterday that you were sent a reminder to ship. I have purchased several Josie Marian products last week. I usually buy on QVC but these prices were better.

ad63702 @gatekeeper63 that’s actually where I purchased it from. I bought it in a set but I decided to keep the Argan oil and hand lotion. I’m not sure why it’s been taking 2-3 days just for it to track. That’s been happening with my last two sales.

ad63702 Hey again! I contacted poshmark to see what to do about the package. They told me to check in and see if you’ve received it yet since the tracking is delayed or the item could’ve been misplaced . They told me if tracking doesn’t update by the 27th to let them know. I’ve never had this issue before. I just wanted to update you. I hope it gets to you soon.

gatekeeper63 @ad63702 hopefully it will come today or Monday. I just re received another package after being mailed over a week ago. And also had tracking issues. I contacted support about tracking issues. I think it is a huge problem on their end. I will let you know as soon as I get. I was checking the tracking on this package and it marked that I received it. That’s how that happened. Seems like software issues

starzelda7 ... hey, I read your further comments & my pkg was tracked as having been delivered after 2 or 3 days & it even said specifically that it had been left in front of my garage door!! (I thought it must have been stolen.) This is a post office problem; I don’t think it is PM.🤨 First time that’s ever happened.
