Buyer receives the item and opens a case saying it smells. Poshmark accepts the return and buyer never ships it. Sellers beware. BLOCKED!

Hello Joan,
I’m so sorry to inform you that I had to cancel your order for the BETSEY Johnson Handbag. As I was packing and checking it, I noticed the snap closure didn’t want to close. It’s faulty. I’m not sure what happened since I didn’t have an issues when I took all the photos. Please accept My Apologies for having to cancel; in fact I’ve never had to this before. 😔.

I highly recommend avoiding this buyer. I’m not the only one who she has complained the clothes smell bad (read above comments). She seems to like cases and complaining, not to mention her messages are overly mean and dramatic. Obviously the problem is on her end as it seems to be happening to her often🤷🏻♀️. I would not sell to this lady at all.
