I take issue with the rating you left on our transaction. Did you send it to the wrong person? I intend to address all your bullet points.
COULD IMPROVE
1. SHIP TIME -- I sent out your package next day and you received it 2 days later.
2. SELLER RESPONSIVENESS -- You never contacted me so how could this even be an issue.
3. PACKAGING -- I doubled boxed your item! I take GREAT care in my packaging.
4. ITEM DESCRIPTION -- I had 10 pictures and a more than adequate description.
