@joincville Hi, I just checked the shipping status on your bag and it looks like the postal person attempted delivery yesterday but was unable to deliver due to "animal interference". I have never encountered this before. You may want to contact your local post office and see if they will attempt delivery again. I don't know what they do under those circumstances.
