I just checked on your Kenneth Cole duffel bag, and for some reason is arriving late ( I shipped from Jacksonville, FL, and there hasn't been any changes for days on USPS tracking, it shows is still at the USPS facility!!!....I apologize ( I almost thought it was either lost or stolen) It should have arrived already. Hi Jim, I checked on the duffel bag again, and is not in Florida anymore and was not lost ,misplaced maybe, but not lost as far I know. I have no clue as to why is taking so long to get to you.
