p_veronica @jilljohnson949 good evening. You recently purchase a Hello Kitty ribbon you said some of the ribbon that was pictured was not included in your order. I apologize which styles did you not receive? I don't believe this was the first situation where a buyer didn't receive all the ribbon they were supposed to! The other 2 potential occurences I asked the buyers if they were missing any & they weren't sure. They said I included way more than expected & not to worry about it.

p_veronica @jilljohnson949 You are the first customer who mentioned the missing ribbon to me though. I'm not happy about that & I do know what most likely happened! My 5 year old really loves my ribbon! She really doesn't like me to sell it. She is sneaky & while I'm still putting together someone's order she has snuck some of the ribbon on several occasions. This is the first time it has caused an actual issue though & I'd still like to try and gain your customer satisfaction! (if I can)
