Super disappointed in your extremely unfair rating on an item I sent out to you immediately that was brand new in packaging with tags and in the box. I accepted your offer on this bracelet, included a thank you card, shipped it out immediately and you provide me with a 3 star rating saying I could improve. Given my near perfect 5 star ratings on all of my sales, I find this incredibly unfair and without any reason. Please explain what exactly could have improved?
