fourcaseys Hi Jacob or Jessica or Amber. I am glad you shipped the heels back that I shipped to you in error, they are for another customer. I reviewed my print history on my print server to try and figure out how I got your order and the heels customer's order mixed up. I found that I never printed the shipping label for the heels, but instead printed the wedding gown shipping label twice. You may already see where this is going....

fourcaseys Apparently I labeled BOTH the wedding gown and the heels with the Wedding gowns shipping label addressed to you. I then mailed both packages. I spoke with my postmaster and asked him what happens when someone makes this mistake. He told me that both packages would either be returned to sender or both would be delivered to the addressee. He also said to contact the local post office where the packages were shipped to. .
