noircoco Hi Jessica, this is Alexandra from Designer Addictz you purchased a Chanel WOC from me this week but unfortunately I have a bit of bad news. When I relisted the item last week it was in process of a return to sender & since then the item has just been circulating in the mail system (it should have arrived the following day after you purchased) I have never experienced a delay like this & I needed to reach out & let you know what was going on.

noircoco I opened a Search Claim with USPS but I’m just sitting duck until they locate the package. So please let me know if because de the delay you rather cancel or if you would like to wait it out a few more days. Praying Monday it just shows up, but again it’s out of my control. I never imaged this would happen & I just assumed it would arrive & I’d ship it out the following day. My sincere apologies I will take this as a lesson learned to wait till it’s in hand to Relist.

noircoco Complicated story of how I was almost scammed previously through another site but I was able to intercept the package but now the post office is out of wack with the tracking & im just waiting for it to show back up. Let me know your thoughts & we will stay in contact.

bgirl66 @designeraddictz Oof. Thanks for letting me know! I also had some issues with USPS lately (delays with packages). How about I wait until Monday and then check back in with you? Also, I can wait out the normal Poshmark mailing window of 7 days, too, and then will prob have to cancel if you haven’t gotten the package back. Will you be listing any new ones of these soon? And I’m sorry for you USPS woes, too!

noircoco @bgirl66 sorry just getting back on, I’ve been busy painting some custom orders. The next one will be a Zippy Style Wallet, so it has a zipper around it doesn’t have snap button then after that I may have another one as I always purchase but nothing bought yet to let you know the style. Right now I’m finishing up custom orders then I will be listing some Louis Vuitton bags through this week that have arrived

noircoco @bgirl66 hi love 💕 so sorry I actually never saw this last message. I was actually just giving you another update on the package, the item is set to arrive tomorrow. I meant to message you yesterday to let you know The package had gone through Poshmark and they approved it. But yes definitely expect a signature confirmation. If you missed a package they won’t re-deliver, you have to actually contact the post office and let them know to bring it again

noircoco @bgirl66 i’ve had people in the past not even know the package was sitting there at the post office, but no worries if you’re not going to be home to receive it on Saturday. You can go on Mon and sign for the package. Just let me know so I can stay informed, they won’t release my funds until you actually receive the package and except it here on Poshmark.

noircoco @bgirl66 ok perfect that may work & for sure after many missed package issue I’m 100% sure they won’t redeliver. It must be an agreement Poshmark has with USPS to ensure the packages are safe. If a neighbor receives it perfect, if not I guess Monday for pick up it is but at least you have peace of mind the package will be safe & sound till you return. Take Care 👋 thanks again!
