its_me_kristy @jcsawyer041184 hi there, I noticed a few days ago you STILL haven’t received your item. I just left the post office to inquire about where your package is. The guy at the post office said, due to fundings being cut, the holiday season and covid the post office is EXTREMELY backed up.
