Hi glad you received the bag! Not sure why the “cleanliness” was an issue. The bag was brand new never used all tags and had original wrap on the white handles and stuffing inside. This may be an issue for Poshmark HQ as the package had to go to them initially for authentication, and they then forwarded to you. Hope that helps!!
If anyone could shed light. Would be appreciated.

@luxelifecity yes the bag had some orange stains on the inside of the strap and was dusty all over I don’t mind to send pics but over all the bag was excellent and I promise I’m not an overly picky person
