@j_bedell Hi Jenny, I meant message you yesterday. I am sorry, I honestly didn't realize an earmuff was loose. That's very odd, I only touched it to take pics and mail to you and kept in its original bag. I feel bad and would like to correct the problem, if I can. I haven't had a problem on Posh, so, I'm not familiar with the process. Any suggestions?
