Hi Jennifer, I’m not sure if you can see the comments I made on the case, so am writing to you here also. I did approve the return, so Poshmark should send you a label soon. Are the stains very light? Not sure how I missed that and am sorry for the inconvenience! I do launder all items as directed and also use Oxiclean to disinfect.

Perhaps that is the residue you mentioned? I rarely miss flaws, but I’m human and mistakes happen. It certainly was not intentional. Thanks for your business and I’m sorry it didn’t work out. Take care- Jennifer

@sweet_tessa Thank you very much for offering the refund. I really appreciate it. It might be the oxi-clean that you mention; I think it may have damaged the material. And with the print it may have been hard to spot the other stains. Again, really appreciate your flexibility to return.
