jennifer2732 @eeemmillyy My offer was not “rude.” In my opinion you shouldn’t be offended by an offer that is the same as the price tag attached to the item for sale. I have also done extensive research to know that $100 is almost double what other sites are offering the same products.

eeemmillyy Congratulations on your “extensive research”, if you found so many of these shoes then why would you bother looking at my $100 pair? Also I wonder if your “extensive research” yielded the fact that these are completely sold out and very hard to find in this size, especially unworn and brand new in the packaging. Lowballing is considered rude and often leads to being blocked. Lastly, if you would have read the post you would’ve seen that the price is firm for these. BEST OF LUCK 😉

jennifer2732 Allow me to apologize for my mistake. I did not read the bottom of your description “firm”. If I had, I never would have bid for the slides in the first place. As I said, I have researched, and mentioned that I have seen other similar items and placed my bid accordingly to what I was willing to pay for them. You have every right to decline an offer. My daughters sell on Poshmark and receive bids from time to time that are under their asking price and as you say low ball offers. (Continue)

I encourage them to rethink the offer, consider the request if it’s in their best interest or decline it respectfully. Any seller would be upset if a bidder replied to their declined offer as it being “incredibly rude”. In my numerous transactions I’ve had with this positive and respectful community, never have I received a nasty or unkind word nor have I every given one to a seller. It’s not necessary. Times have changed and we are in a world of doing business that is not face to face. Sometimes this can unfortunately lead to poor and ineffective communication through text/email and on the downside, dims the light from the good that it was set up to promote.
