But I noticed that a lot of the sellers sell items for three dollars five dollars etc. and I can’t imagine how they can make any money doing that. You might as well donate it if you’re selling it for $5–because PM still takes $2.95! So you’re only making $2.05! It doesn’t make financial sense to wrap it & deliver it to the post office for $2.05—but I guess everyone is different. My husband & I just had this conversation yesterday—it makes no sense to us. I’m happy we’re on the same page! 😊👍🏻

It is a navy blue shade as opposed to the signature purplish shade. I also took them to TB boutique who confirmed they were not authentic. Poshmark authorized a return and full refund. You may want to look into that. I posted full details in my closet.

dawn_10 @luxurythreads I don't know if the "damage" that you found on the earrings are the true reason you want a return, but if you look at the listing below, you'll see that what you call "damage" is part of look of the hardware. This hardware come with irregularities like that, and it's not the highly polished smooth ones. I do a lot of photos of the bag before I ship as well as it being packed & being packed well with bubble wrap, etc. I also get a receipt from the post office. I don’t just leave the box in the collection box they keep outside. I hope that helps!

It just occurred to me that not only does USPS lose things but that if the only items going to that address in California are valued over $500 that they would be a pretty easy target to intercept...

luxurythreads @tbi20 I would send Posh customer service a message. Give them time to respond—it may take a day or two. I know there is a limit on the amount of Posh’s insurance through USPS—and it’s likely no where near the amount you sold your bag for. I would reach out to Posh. That will also likely work in your favor in the event you have an issue. Always photo-document everything you sell. If a case is opened it will help you. Sorry I can’t be more help on the specifics.
