jenprentisskean Here is exactly what they said, maybe you didn’t get it? After careful review, We have Decided to resolve this favorably for both you and the seller. Please keep the item as a gift from Poshmark. Do whatever you’d like with it; there’s no need to return it. I think they also sent another message explicitly saying they refunded you in full but I can’t find it. If They didn’t refund you in full I would reach out to them, they def should! Thanks again.
