shay3624 Hi, I hope all is well. I want to make sure you rated the correct seller. You gave me 1 star on a NWT item that shipped out next day and was delivered the very next day. It was in new condition, clean with measurements and packaged in tissue with a bow and a thank you card. Yet you said you rated it a 1 because you had issues with all these things. Im so confused, especially since i have NEVER gotten such a low rating. Can you please give me more details so I can better serve you? @ataybau

cavegal007 @shay3624 - just opened the box and the dress is not petite - it is a 4, not a 4P. It has a tag that says "available in petite" but it is not petite. Don't mind fixing the rating mix up, but do I have any return option?

shay3624 @cavegal007 yes, you could have returned it but u accepted the package and then rated it. I thought the petit on the tag meant it came from the petit line & it does sound like that was my mistake & I have to apologize for that. I would have happily accepted it back, it was a very pretty dress. If we both contact posh, maybe we can make that happen, idk..but all returns have to go through them. Tell them u rated and accepted the wrong item and u want to return.

shay3624 @cavegal007 tell them it was not as described... The size was incorrect and the seller acknowledgrd her mistake after going back to photos and you want to return it and she wants it back...I will do the same thing.
