ktehm Hi....I am so sorry you are disappointed in the condition of the bag. It was not my intention to misrepresent. I honestly have barely used it and it has been stored in my closet which probably accounts for the tarnished zipper. Please let me make amends. Let me know what you consider a fair price and I will personally refund you the difference. Thanks.
