Hi, got your note on the Born shoes. I bought them in a boutique, but regardless, I've never heard of such. I will reimburse you and I am so sorry.

I need your address again, I deleted the label info. You can send it to my personal email. Also, I feel like you can contact the Born corp. office and let them know what happened and they may ask for them and give you another pair or credit towards a purchase because they should not have done that. 😊. Ok born customer service said that it's an 07 shoe and they would only warranty their shoes for two years

Please don't worry about sending the shipping and I would be happy if you sent just 15.00 I know you paid for them and shipped them you shouldn't have to eat all of that. What amazing customer service Kelly Thanks so much.
I've got a different opinion of born shoes now you would think they could at least send me a coupon of sorts. Not so good customer service!
