jenaemacias @jnavarro84 hey I'm sorry I actually have a question lol what happens after someone buys one of my items? Do I receive an address to ship it to? And do it that day or? I know they said something about providing a shipping label! still figuring this out lol

jnavarro84 @jenaemacias Yes! You'll get an email from Posh after someone buys an item with info on how to access and print the shipping label. If you don't have notifications enabled on the app, it's a good idea to do that so you get an alert on your phone if someone buys something or makes you an offer. Posh gives you 3 days to ship after someone has purchased an item but I always try to ship out the next day...the sooner you ship, the sooner they receive and accept, the sooner you get paid!

jnavarro84 @jenaemacias So, as a seller, you can offer discounts on bundles (if people choose "add to bundle" for multiple items in your closet). You can set up the percentage you want to offer in Seller Tools on the app. I offer 10% off 2 or more items in my closet but you can offer whatever you want.

jnavarro84 @jenaemacias If you don't have an automatic discount set up on bundles, shoppers can still click "add to bundle" and you can offer a specific private discount to them based on the items in the bundle. You can even do that if it's just one item, as long as it's bundled.

jnavarro84 @jenaemacias I've never traded before because I just prefer to sell and buy the things I want, but I think if you do agree to trade, you both set the item you're trading at $3, buy each other's item and then you get the Posh shipping label to use to mail it out.
