@jer15 Jeanne - I am so sorry that one of the bottles showed up damaged! I’ve sent those same products the same way two other times and had no problems. I don’t want you to pay for damaged and missing product - please allow me to refund your $$. I insist! 💕

@dawrod67 oh gosh - it’s really no problem! There is still a lot of product left in that bottle and I still have the other one! I feel I really got a great purchase. Maybe the package just got squished in the holiday mailing spree! I appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity but no need to send anything. I’m new to the Ordinary products and am looking forward to trying the serum foundation. Have a great holiday and thanks again!!
