zierajean (Sorry...didn't finish) does mfellz typically not communicate with her buyers? I see you purchased something something from her. I'm still waiting on her to process a pair of heels and she won't write me back. It's pretty unprofessional considering people are trying to purchase or ARE purchasing things and the lack of communication.

jasminea175 @zierajean YES!!!!!!! Horrible seller. I am sure you have seen how many times I asked her when was she shipping out my shoes. She didn't respond for a while. I am pretty sure you can read our convo (well, it was basically me having a convo by myself ) lol..... I really wanted the shoes so I just waited and it was like a week and a half later she sent them 🙁, if she's over her send time you can cancel the order but I will never buy again from her!!

zierajean Seeeee! I thought it was just me!! I just read your messages to "yourself" lol. It's crazy...I purchased the Zara heels with the gold heel. I just looked and she finally said something to me...but didn't include my name 😐. How the heck am I suppose to know you responded to me if you don't @ me?! Its ridiculous bc I made her several offers for the shoe about 2 weeks ago and the first time she never responded...

zierajean ...the second time she straight up declined it...so I made another offer and told her it would be nice if she can COUNTER OFFER my offer instead of completely declining it. Like, how am I suppose to know what you're willing to take if you don't say anything 😒...she let it expire...so I did it again...same thing. It just pissed me off. Eventually I just purchased them bc I saw other people showing interest...last Tuesday I believe.

zierajean What doesn't help her case is the fact I can tap on her picture and see the last time she was active. So it's basically a smack in the face when I'm contacting you and i see you've been active 13 hours ago and you've YET to respond back to me or my offers. Just rude! Not to mention, telling people "I'm sorry, I'm new to this app"...Im sorry ma'am, but according to Poshmark, you've been a member since July 2015...you're NOT new to this...you're making excuses...😒

zierajean Sorry for my rant. I just think it's unprofessional. Poshmark is like having your own little business, and when you have "customers" trying to purchase goods from you and you don't communicate with them, that's just terrible customer service.

jasminea175 @zierajean girl, trust me I know how you feel. 1 i made 2 offers to her On 2 separate pairs of Zara shoes. I think they were 15 each and the crappy part was I have been looking for those exact shoes and finding them so cheep I was beyond excited. I made an offer she never responded, I checked maybe like 10 min later they were both sold!!!!! Omg I was beyond pissed. Then she had these up so I bought them. Kept asking her about when she's gonna ship then rudely all she said was "Tomorrow"

zierajean Someone who understands my frustration!!! Lol. And yes, that's a really nonchalant response coming from someone who wants to make a sale. I REALLY want these heels too...like you, I've been looking for them for a low price to no avail...and then BOOM...you find them and the person is a...........it's Sunday so I'll be nice......the person lacks communication skills and customer service 😊 lol. Ugh!
