hello Jasmine. my name is Allison and you just purchased my Coach bag yesterday. sadly to say, I noticed a little more dirty spots on the bottom in the corners, and also there is a stain inside for my pen that leaked, so I cannot send this bag to you like that, because I wouldn't want anybody to do that to me, no matter how cheap the bag was. I apologize from my heart, and I listed this right after my mom died so I guess I missed a few things, and believe me they were not intentionally.

I do not want to deal with Poshmark if you refuse to pay or whatever I'm not going to deal with that. so just please find another one in my closet. it is like I stated in my message it's very dirty and it has the pen mark inside and I just wouldn't send that to anybody. with all due respect I hope you understand

Good Morning Jasmin! I wasn't trying to be mean or nasty with my comment about dealing with Poshmark. but I had a problem with another buyer and a jean skirt that was $9. there were two very tiny stains on it that I missed, and the buyer reported it to Poshmark and refused to pay. so they opened up a case. I sent her a message and told her it was fine that she did not have to pay me and that I was sorry.

sorry this message is so long, LOL, the Poshmark only allows a certain amount of characters. end of story, the buyer opened up a case and took pictures of the skirt and sent it to Poshmark for a case review, SMH. they ended up paying me and reimbursing her for shipping. but I just don't want to have that on my Poshmark record, because all my other sales we're successful and the buyers were happy

I just went into the order that I got in my email and there was an option to cancel it because item was damaged. so you're good. so if they took your money from your account, it will automatically go back in. again please know that I am very sorry about this.
