Hello You purchased The Birkenstock Sandals from me I just tracked it I shipped it out on the 18th and according to Usps tracking it has been sitting in the Usps hub since the 21st I hope they will deliver it today I don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered It was supposed to be delivered by the 21st
