steffi3tmc Dear Jana, @jrdavis52 the material itself was stained. There wasn't much I could have done. I'm sorry you're disappointed. They were a favorite pair and I definitely did not advertise new shoes. The pictures reflect the staining. I cannot give you back shipping, but I will return your money if posh will allow you to return them. If no, I will send you what I made if you want to return them to me. I'm sorry you were upset.😔

steffi3tmc @jrdavis52 P.S. one way to avoid getting a used shoe is to look only at NWT products. There are many who don't mind getting something "used" and understand that it may show signs of wear.

steffi3tmc @jrdavis52 Hi Jana, & Good 😊 Morning! A.M. Happy to hear that you were not quite as disappointed with your shoes. I go by my ratings. And I really try my best to please people and not surprised them with anything bad. If there is a stain, snag, even a little fraying. I tried to photograph it so that there are no surprises. I may miss something but that would be accidental, As I continue to declutter and reduce the size of my "stuff".

a12d34m5 I'm so happy you like the dress and slacks. I bet your sister will come thru for you. I hung on to those pants way too long, just hoping one day they would fit. Alas, I didn't get off the weight. They weren't made for my body type, anyway. I hadn't even paid attention reg. When you received them. I had dental surgery Wed. And haven't felt like doing too much. It was major.
