katzkoz ! Welcome to Posh! You'll find this is a very supportive and social community and if you have any questions, there's always a Posher to help. Or, just come in my closet & I'd be happy to help!! SHARING is KEY! When you "share" an item to your "followers", it goes into the " feed" for them to see it. So, the more followers... the more that item is seen! Therefore...the more followers, the more potential sales! Get it??👍💟

Im happy that u mentioned help bc i made a sale over 2 weeks ago to someone, the item still says shipped, and the buyer has not accepted the order. Also, she has not replied to anything iv sent her. I tried contacting poshmark too but havent heard back. Any ideas? And thank you again for reaching out to me :)

katzkoz @jamiemarie0909 OK.....does it say "pending acceptance"? Or still just shipped? Same thing happened to me! Almost 3-4 weeks and I contacted the buyer over ....and.....over....NO RESPONSE. Contacted Posh several times. It was lost at the Post Office somewhere. It FINALLY arrived a couple of days ago. You need to send Posh a letter from the item. It says something about that on the page. They WILL get in touch with you.

katzkoz @jamiemarie0909 If it is the Post Office's fault.....Posh will reimburse the buyer, and if they cant fibd the package and cant return it back to you....Posh will pay you as well. Either way....it will be resolved. Posh is very fair about it!

jamiemarie0909 @katzkoz oh my! Thabk you so so so much for that wonderful answer! Iv just been sick about it bc iv had multiple orders that shipped after the item and they have all been delivered so Iv been so nervous about it. Iv been contacting the buyer non stop so I almost felt like i was being jipped. Yeah the delivery status hasnt changed at all- it went from pending scan to shipped. Not delivered or pending acceptance yet :(

jamiemarie0909 @lisaloveslola o i usually dont link to the bank bc posh will use ur balance that uv sold to take money off of the purchase. If you havent make any sales, then yeah you will definitely need to set up a way to pay :)
