southernsusan @jaidyanne ohhh my goodness?????? I am sooo sorry. He should have left it for you, though. Poshmark is going to want to see photographs of the damage/ broken item. I wrapped it very well, and even had the Postal clerk place “FRAGILE” stickers on the outside of the box???? This happened to another Fragile item that I mailed to a different Posher??? I guess the postal service is throwing Fragile packages around now days??? Again, I am so sorry.

jaidyanne Bummer that this is your second time dealing with crummy USPS deliveries - how irritating! I was thinking I would go down to the post office and do a return to sender thing so you can do your dispute/insurance claim with USPS? I can take some pictures of the outside of the package though and send them to you too? I'm not sure what I/we need to do Poshmark wise from here regarding refunds and whatnot. Do you know?

southernsusan @jaidyanne If you would not mind doing that I would appreciate it. And the mail carrier should have left the package with you anyway I don’t know why they didn’t it sounds kind of fishy like they might have stolen it possibly. That picture is very expensive. Do you need to let Poshmark know that you received it damaged when you go on to except the item you need to except it as damaged they’re gonna want to see pictures.

southernsusan Hey sorry that I missed your call. I had no idea that I was being a bother to you? I was simply wanting to know the address of the post office that kept the broken damaged pitcher? That was a $250 hand blown glass pitcher that you were getting for $20. So I was going to file a claim with the Postal Service that kept it and I needed that information. I do apologize that you think this is frivolous. But I will research The town that you live in and contact the Postal Service that way.

jaidyanne Just as a buyer, I've never had to do so much in regards to an item. I work fulltime and have little ones so my time is preoccupied. The Postal Service address is: 105 W Bolz Rd, Phoenix, OR 97535 However, my understanding is that when you send a package the post asks if it's value is over $50 and then offers insurance. All of the contact info should be on the tracking slip order. I hope that helps, it sounds like the pitcher was sentimental to you so I'm sorry that it broke.
