greenacresjt I received the Kate Spade bag, it is lovely, but could you please tell me what the stains are? I can't get them out with anything I have used so far.

jacqueviola @greenacresjt hi! I am glad you received it. I described it the posting as the dye from the strap marks rubbing off. It was stores in my closet and if you look at the strap color it has rubbed off on the purse. I am not sure If you contact Kate Spade if they would have a suggestion!
