Hi Jacob! Thank you for purchasing the Goorin Bros newsboy, I’m happy it’s going to someone who will appreciate the style. I’ve had issues with the app and finally today was able to get things reset properly. I’ve also been out of town working so will be able to mail to you when I get back on Thursday. No worries, they sent me an e-mail saying that I can cancel the purchase if it hasn't been shipped by 7 days after I made the purchase, however they left that up to me, so as long as I don't choose to cancel it, which I definitely don't want to cancel it, everything should be in order. Thanks for reaching out, I look forward to my new hat!
