I checked the tracking -of the mis-shipped item i sent to your.m customer as requested. ..It was marked delivered by the post office yesterday (3pm). I still have not received my item and I do not have any tracking number or shipping confirmation or information. I would like the tracking number from the emailed return label used and or some proof of shipment. - thank you

I would love for you to still receive your item, and that’s what I am trying to make happen, as best I can. If you want to pick out a comparable item meantime, I will get it to you. Please accept my apologies, although I know It doesn’t help much right now.

The tracking info is easily accessible in the ir email....I'm just going to dispute the charges , if any - I haven't heard from poshmark and i think it's very odd the other " posher" is not contacting you.? Really? .You posh and your other customer can work it out.
