You placed a false claim regarding the bag that you purchased. The claim states that the bag is not as described when you haven't even received the bag. I just mailed it today.

I happen to purchase several bags on the same day, I did not file a false claim, I filed an incorrect claim for the wrong purse. I immediately sent an email to the Posh customer service center to correct, asking them to disregard.My apologies for any confusion

Sorry about that—I’m still fairly new to this, and I was trying not to be wasteful. I’m just going to send you an envelope with the other label, so be expecting that.
