Hello there, I wanted to reach out to you because the reason these were so cheap is because they were in used condition. I made sure to take plenty of pictures and put it I. The description. I was selling the shoes as they were. So I’m confused why you left such a bad rating? I’ve never had a bad rating so I’m not sure what to do about this? But I obviously don’t want you to be unhappy.
