ibruns1 @obliged1 hello. Can I get some help please. I just received a message if I’m willing to except $20.00 on one of my items. This will be my first sale. I said yes and now she wants me to reduce my price so she could get cheeper shipping. Shouldn’t she make me an offer. I feel like I will be loosing even more if I reduce the price instead of her making an offer. Please advise if you can

drdlane @ibruns1 You are correct. Do not negotiate in the comments. Ask her to make you an offer. You can respond to the offer with a counter at that time you see options for reducing shipping if you choose to do so. Make the best decision for yourself and be ok with saying no if it does not make financial sense. Hope this helps.
