jenn87jr I Apologize for the offensive smoke smell. Considering I don't smoke and have never had a concern from numerous happy customers I honestly can't day why it arrived that way.I'm sorry you resorted to giving me such a low rating. If you would have come to me I could have remedied this. Totally that's what we do in this community is super each other and make up for what others do not like, instead of shaming then without explanation.

hollyswyers @jenn87jr My intention was never to shame a fellow posher. I’m sorry you feel this way. I was leaving a review on the dress I received- I had to wash it 3x before the smell came out and with extra soaking on the 2nd and 3rd wash, too. Not sure how the smell escaped your notice but I will take your word for it that you have a smoke-free environment.

jenn87jr @hollyswyers I would have remedied the issue and paid for the dry cleaning. I was never notified until I saw the 1 star rating and even provided a free gift as an apology. Decisions were made. Issue dealt with.
