raglolly @hollyedwards76 it’s not a big deal. Sellers don’t receive their payment until you “accept” your delivery. If you don’t accept (which you shouldn’t if it isn’t correct) then it opens a case for Posh to review so that both sides have a chance to comment then posh decides if the order can be returned or if the buyer has to keep it. It’s a good system to protect both parties.
