ykg1010 Hi Holly, can you please let me l know what exactly was wrong with the Inspired bag you received today that wanted described under the description section of the ad. This is my first time receiving a complaint and I don't see anywhere any information what what he issue is. It would probably be best if you return the bag tomorrow and you be issued a refund right away. Let me know it you can do that, just want you to be happy😁
