fkplove hi Helen, i saw that you liked a red pair of loafers i had recently, these are sold, however i do still have them in a neutral cream color as well as black ( im pretty sure) the cream ones are in my posh closet currently but i had not got to posting the black ones yet. 😊

sushisells here are the steps to take to receive a return label for your incorrect item. 1. in the drop down menu beside your small profile pic on the right side of your Posh page, choose My Purchases. 2. Click on the order showing the dress you purchased. 3. SCROLL DOWN until you see order status and click on it. 4. Choose Wrong Item and follow the directions to open a case. This is the only way you can correct the mix up. Once you do, Posh issues a label and the exchange can be made. thanks
