prettypugswag Heidi... I have now run into another hiccup with your order. I feel so bad. I noticed a snag in the cowl neck part of the sweater you bought. Since it’s hand made I don’t want to attempt to fix it on my own. I can take it in to a seamstress or send it to you if you want to see it for yourself. It’s actually not noticeable when you’re wearing it.

So I can either cancel entirely, send (the sweater and you $$ back enclosed), or even send with another item in my closet you like as well. EEL TERRIBLE about this entire transaction. prettypugswag @battlemaiden82 omg i didnt see this til now!! I just came back to write you again just in case you missed my first message. The sweater started tracking today. When you get it just read the card and contact me so we can work out how to get you the refund, etc. Even though what I wrote in the card was done before reading this, you will still figure out what to do. I wish I could rate you as a buyer. You have been so gracious and polite about this all.

prettypugswag @battlemaiden82 I think you will still LOVE the sweater and get alot of use out of it. Its soooo soft. And the hole is not noticeable when wearing it.
