meowresale Hi, Heidi. I haven’t shipped your wooden duck yet, and I’m so sorry! My truck overheated on the way to the post office yesterday and is now in the shop. The box didn’t fit in the big blue post box near me, so I’ve scheduled a pick up from my home for Monday. It should be well on its way then! Thanks for bearing with me through this hiccup!

meowresale I’m so sorry! Just saw the delivery update and looks like it’s going to Flower mound, even though I changed the address. I bet the poshmark label has numbers that point to the address on file. I haven’t encountered this situation before! I’m contacting support to see if there is any option to re-route. I’m so embarrassed. I know you were presenting this as a Christmas gift. If we can’t get it re-routed, I’ll see that you get a refund for this. maybe you can send the gift after Christmas.
