Hello again! I just saw your note about the broken cup. I hate that it didn’t arrive safely, even with all that bubble wrap! ☹️ I’ve messaged Posh with a request to refund you $10 from my earnings on the sale, since you aren’t able to fully enjoy the set you purchased. I’ll keep you posted!

Posh responded: "once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund. ... If the buyer has any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to us directly so that we can better assist with this issue." I'm sorry that my request for your partial refund was denied. Maybe you will have better luck? If not, please let me know if you're ever interested in anything else in my closet, and I'll give you $10 off as a way to square up.
