I’m not sure how I could have improved my shipping time when I took it to the post office the afternoon of the day you you ordered it and it is marked as delivered three days later. I’m also not sure how to improve item description and cleanliness when you also said item was exactly as described which was brand new with tags. I’m sorry you were so disappointed with your purchase.
