julfie314 Hi! I noticed the poor rating on the dress you purchased from me because you stated there are missing buttons. However, the listing clearly stated the missing buttons and I had included pictures of this as well. So the condition of the garment was very transparent prior to purchase. If you are unhappy with the dress for other reasons, I can request to have it refunded. Thanks.
