abelli610 @hartfordauto I see you have been active on posh but didn’t respond to me or pick up your item yet, I contacted posh support to try to close out the order as this is not fair for seller to have to wait (with no response) for an extra week to be paid due to buyer not picking it up or communicating. I hope everything is ok but I’m not sure why you have been on the app but chose not to respond.

hartfordauto @abelli610 They were not at the post office and I had not received them. I reported it undelivered and want told to ask neighbors ehoch I did. I now have them (as of yesterday) but can not accept on the app. If you know how to report item received, I will gladly accept. Additionally, I had no idea to even check this area for communication from you. The item is great, just a mix up with delivery address.

abelli610 @hartfordauto ok, glad to hear you have them now! If you go to the “my purchases” section you should be able to click on it and hit accept order. Or if there isn’t an accept option because of the mixup then you may have to click on contact poshmark support & then “release payment” is an option there

hartfordauto @abelli610 A bit rude on your part to assume I wasn't "replying" to you while you could "see I was on the app". I was actually trying to find how to accept the missing item. I certainly wasn't trying to not pay you or get somthing for free. Best to ask questions than to assume.

abelli610 @hartfordauto I really didn’t assume, I actually wrote you twice and did “ask questions” first and with no response to those for days- I stated a fact- that you weren’t responding. I didn’t think you were trying to not pay, but regardless of reasoning when you’re a seller it’s not fair to not be communicated with and not get paid either. What else could I have done after you weren’t answering?

hartfordauto @abelli610 And as I said, I had no idea to even look in this area for communications. I simply but things I like and haven t ever had a missing item. There wasn't an accept button die to the confusion. I did send a request to support that item was found, I am very happy with the item, allow me to 5 star your item. and to please release the funds to you. Apologize for the lack of understanding on my part about where communications are shown. Please let me know things get settled.
