haleyfontaine @miggins306 Hi there- I finally got an email from Poshmark asking me to open a claim sending them pictures and if they feel the item was misrepresented they will send a return address. I'm assuming tbe email I received was a pretty generic message they send out but I'm going to just go ahead and follow their instructions there to get things started. Just wanted to keep you in the loop!

haleyfontaine @miggins306 I'm glad they're making sense on your end cause I am dealing with a bunch of BS on my end, they don't seem to read anything I write! I finally broke it all down for them in a "how to fix an order for dummies" format so they understand what I'm trying to say lol. Thanks for the update!!!
