Hi Gillia, Your Zella jacket was shipped out on Monday, 2/24 & started tracking that day. It sat in a Tx sorting facility for several days. Today it’s in Des Moines, IA. I have no idea why it stopped in Des Moines to get to you in Seattle? I’m not sure there is anything I can do, but just wanted you to know that it was shipped on Monday, 2/24. Please let me know if you have any questions & I’m very sorry for this delay with USPS.
