I am interested in thr troubadour basecamp explorer rolltop backpack. I see a tag on it. I just wanted to make sure, is it brand new? Also where will yoy be shipping from and is the price negotiable.

Thank you for your response. I do see that this backpack is different from the basecamp explorer rolltop backpack. I don't see the side pockets, and the troubadour logo is usually on the side of front zip, backpack straps and on the back zip. Is this a different bag? I apologize for the long comment.
