houstonbobbie9 Good morning - I reached out to Poshmark last night and they said you would have to reach out to them because the delivery was already accepted by the buyer through Poshmark so they were unable to reverse the transaction for me. I also provided them with pics of what the hat looked like before it was shipped. I apologize, there’s nothing else I can do on my end. Hopefully, Poshmark can have this resolved for you after your reaching out to them.
