I sold her brand new boots from Zara tags and everything attached and brand new and she gave me the same rating and wrote the same thing that I need to improve ! @sharon1030 that’s very rude and you shouldn’t do that to sellers who are honest and have a great ratings you wouldn’t appreciate it if someone did that to you
