sarais_legacy @ethancombes Hi! Shipping sometimes is delayed to show and its because the post office "received" the package but didn't scan it immediately. On my side, it can take up to 3 days to see the tracking appear at times. Then there are those instances where you wont see any tracking, and BOOM, the package is miraculously at the customers doorstep! Go figure.

sarais_legacy @ethancombes Once a purchase is made, I send an email letting my customer know the possibility for delayed tracking. I also send a follow up message in the event there is a tracking delay so they know for sure I mailed it out. Posh will also send a reminder email when tracking has not begun after the 3rd business day from the sale.

sarais_legacy There is an option to inform both Posh and the customer that you did ship but are experiencing a tracking delay. This issue is that common And Covid...well that had just exasperated it. I hope that helps! Good luck and I wish you many sales.🤑🤑🤑
