gilda64 You seem relatively new please note it is much kinder to give the seller a chance to refund you if you are not happy with your purchase rather than file a case against them. It takes a while to get oneself established and have an honest and good ratio no on poshmark.

erikafembot @gilda64 I did not know that was what was kinder. I was just disappointed that you had not mentioned the item was hemmed. I know they're only $15, but I wouldn't have spent $20 (no matter the brand) if I knew they were not the length I was expecting.

gilda64 @erikafembot didn't realize that myself but Erika a word of advice ask for measurements, I would have been happy to provide you with them. This case filing will now affect me negatively on posh and I could have happily refunded you directly.

erikafembot @gilda64 it's not my responsibility to check if what your advertising is actually what it is. Not sure how you didn't notice, as it's not hemmed very well and was obvious right away. I'll take your advice, but hopefully you'll take something away from this too. Have a good day!
